Returns are accepted for unopened, non-perishable products within 14 days of purchase. Perishable items are non-returnable. Please contact us before returning any item.

Note: For the moment, fresh vegetables, fruits and frozen items are delivered only within Kaiserslautern city. Because of the nature of mentioned products, these are not delivered beyond the city limits. If your selected products are not in above category list than you will receive your product via Shipping partner.
