Click & Collect

Enjoy the convenience of placing your order online and picking it up directly from our store at your preferred time.

How It Works

• Select Click & Collect as your delivery option at checkout.
• Complete your payment securely online using our payment gateways. Cash payments upon collection are not available for Click & Collect orders.
• After placing your order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email with the message:

"Your order will be ready for pick up in 2 hours."

Pick-up Timing & Conditions

• Click & Collect orders can be placed every day within a specified time frame.
• The latest possible time for placing an order is set to ensure collection before our store closing time at 6:00 PM.
• Orders placed after the daily cut-off time will not have the Click & Collect option available at checkout.

(Note: Cut-off time for placing Click & Collect orders may be adjusted by the store admin as needed.)

Collection Guidelines for Perishable Products

• For fresh fruits, vegetables, and frozen products:
  Customers must collect their orders within 2 days of receiving the order confirmation.
• In case the customer fails to collect the order within this period:
• The store reserves the right to use these products for fulfilling other customer orders, especially during product scarcity.
• The original customer will receive a store coupon as compensation, which can be redeemed only in-store.
