Where do you deliver?
We currently offer delivery services only within the city of Kaiserslautern. Delivery availability depends on your postal code (PLZ). Eligible areas and delivery charges will be displayed during checkout.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery charges vary based on your location within Kaiserslautern:
- Selected postal codes qualify for free delivery.
- Other areas may incur delivery charges based on distance and order value.All delivery costs will be calculated at checkout.
On which days do you deliver?

What is Click & Collect?
Click & Collect allows you to place your order online and pick it up from our store personally. Simply select Click & Collect at checkout, complete your payment online, and pick up your order at the store.
When will my Click & Collect order be ready?
Once your Click & Collect order is placed and payment is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email stating:
"Your order will be ready for pick up in 2 hours."
What is the latest time to place a Click & Collect order?
Click & Collect orders can be placed every day until a specific cut-off time, ensuring pick-up before our store closing time at 6:00 PM. Orders placed after the cut-off time will not have the Click & Collect option available.
Can I pay at the store for Click & Collect orders?
No. All Click & Collect orders must be paid online at the time of order placement through our secure payment gateways.
What happens if I don’t collect my order on time?
For perishable items like fruits, vegetables, and frozen products:
- Orders must be collected within 2 days of order confirmation.
- If not collected within this time, the store may use these products for other customers.
- As compensation, you will receive a store coupon redeemable only in-store.
Can I return products?
Returns are accepted for unopened, non-perishable products within 14 days of purchase. Perishable items are non-returnable unless defective. Please contact us before returning any item.

Do you offer same-day delivery?
Currently, we do not offer same-day delivery. However, we ensure timely delivery on designated days each week. You can also opt for Click & Collect if you need your order sooner.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major debit/credit cards, PayPal, Klarna, and other payment gateways provided by Shopify. For Click & Collect, payment must be completed online during checkout.
Are all products always in stock?
We strive to keep our inventory updated, but availability may vary based on demand and supplier schedules. In rare cases of unavailability, we will contact you to suggest a suitable alternative or process a refund.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Modifications or cancellations can only be made before the order is processed. Please contact us immediately if you need to make changes.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?
Yes! If you're interested in placing a bulk or wholesale order, please contact us directly. We’d be happy to assist with custom quotes and availability.
Are your products Halal / Vegetarian certified?
Many of our products are suitable for vegetarian and/or Halal diets. Please check individual product labels or contact us for more detailed information.
Can I schedule a future pickup date for Click & Collect?
At the moment, Click & Collect orders are processed for same-day pickup (within 2 hours). For specific timing needs, please leave a note at checkout or contact us directly.
Do you deliver to nearby towns around Kaiserslautern?
Currently, our delivery area is limited to Kaiserslautern city. We are working to expand our reach soon — stay tuned for updates!
