Lauki, also known as bottle gourd or calabash, is a vine vegetable with a light green, smooth skin and white, spongy flesh. It has a mild, slightly sweet flavor and is used in both savory and sweet dishes. Lauki is a good source of vitamins, minerals, and dietary fiber.

Note: For the moment, fresh vegetables, fruits and frozen items are delivered only within Kaiserslautern city. Because of the nature of mentioned products, these are not delivered beyond the city limits.
